Poor communication, told them how urgent it was to have the motor repaired asap! Poor delivery, wont return to this company!

Great shop fast turn around. Brought these guys a few condensate pumps from work. Turn around was less than a week. Pumps were rebuilt perfectly. They helped load into truck with their tow motor. Have taken a few pumps back since.

I'm telling ta first hand these guys are awesome! We have a local Collision Center and our compressor went down and the work stops! I called around everywhere and no one was able to help until I got ahold of these guys, then Ashley did some digging, found a re built motor and saved the Day!!! Nice work and Thank You!

I have a longarm quilting machine motor I took in to have it checked, cleaned and oiled. The motor was in pristine condition. I received it back and it was very dirty (smudgy, greasy). I had to clean it before re-mounting it on my quilter. The motor was spinning backwards, which it was not doing before I took it in. I called and left a message, no return call, I called again the next day and was told to bring the motor back. The repair person asked if I could just switch the wires at the connector; I told him that the issue was the wires inside the motor, the connector was correct. I didn’t want to have further issues in the future with repairs by applying a quick fix. He said okay, took the motor to the back, brought it back after a time and said it was fixed. I assumed they had corrected the problem they caused; however, when I started to install the motor, I found that he had pulled back the sheath on the wires, snipped them, then taped them together. So I took in a perfectly good motor and received back a sub-par motor. This motor is going on a machine that I will be selling and I feel the substandard work they performed will lower my asking price.

I had taken a tile saw in to have work done on the motor. There was a misunderstanding with the end price. The owner/manager solved the issue quickly and fixed my tile saw. I was very satisfied with the ability to correct the misunderstanding. I would recommend this business as they are professional and courteous.
